Viktor Kaisiepo, my fellow associate scholar at the Center for World Indigenous Studies, discusses the International Decade of the World’s Indigenous People.
Representing the indigenous peoples of Papua in Europe, the United States, and at the United Nations, since 2003 he has served as a consultant to the World Bank Grants Facility for Indigenous Peoples.
